DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery timeframe may vary depending where the order is shipped and the delivery location. The estimated delivery information is indicated on every product page.
Our delivery service is available in the UAE, with international deliveries currently available within the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman).
Our deliveries are fulfilled by our courier partner, Aramex.
PRODUCTS SOURCES
Our products are coming from 2 locations: (1) Ships from the UAE, and (2)
Ships from the USA. Each product page displays its source and estimated delivery time. International shipping rates from both sources may vary.
IMPORTANT NOTE: An order can only contain items from one source. For example, if you have an item in your cart which Ships from the UAE, and you add another item to your cart which Ships from the USA, the item from the UAE will be removed, and vice versa. If you need the products from both sources, you have to make 2 separate orders.
UAE DELIVERY – SHIPS FROM THE UAE
Delivery within the UAE is usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days, and it’s free for all orders of AED 1500 and above. Any orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
A standard shipping fee of AED 30 will be applicable for any orders below AED 1500.
Deliveries are done between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday-Saturday.
GCC DELIVERY – SHIPS FROM THE UAE
A shipping quote is provided once all address details are given during checkout. Most orders are dispatched from our Dubai distribution centre within 1-2 business days, and delivery will be done within 3-5 business days.
You may still have a chance to make changes with your order, by contacting us, before it gets dispatched from our Dubai warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
DELIVERY – SHIPS FROM THE USA
Shipping fee will be applicable depending on the package’s volumetric weight, as calculated during check-out. The estimated delivery timeframe from USA to the intended destination is usually within 21-28 days, and may exclude weekends and holidays, upon order confirmation.
Once the international shipment is dispatched, unforeseen circumstances—such as natural disasters, extreme weather events, or other unexpected situations beyond our control—may impact delivery schedules. We will promptly notify you if such delays occur.
You may still have a chance to make changes with your order, by contacting us, before it gets dispatched from the USA. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and is non-refundable.
BACKORDER/PRE-ORDER
If an item is on backorder, this will be specified on both the product’s page and in your order confirmation email. All backorder/preorder items will be shipped from the USA. You can still place an order for any products on backorder. However, expected delivery dates for backordered items are subject to change and you will be notified of the change beforehand.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
Customs and duty fees are charges imposed by your local customs department on imported goods. These may apply to your order as mandated by your local customs department. Note that these fees are not included in the purchase price of your items.
If customs and duty fees are applicable to your order, you will be notified by Aramex, of the amount due, and any documentations, and will be collected at the time of delivery.
While we cannot provide specific cost estimates, we recommend contacting your local customs department or Aramex for more information regarding customs and duty fees.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp, with the shipment tracking number, once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track the delivery status. Aramex may send you a notification via WhatsApp or SMS regarding the delivery or any shipping address confirmation.
