ACCOUNT

If you are shopping for the first time, you will be asked to create an account for free at check-out. Having an account at MacKenzie-Childs UAE will allow you to manage your orders and contact information anytime, and they will be securely stored, which will also save you time every time you return. It is important to note that no credit card information will be used in your personal account information.

To create an account or log-in, you can go to My Account.

You can go to My Account > Account Details to change your password. You have to enter your old password, followed by your new password and confirm the new password.

It’s strongly advised to enhance the security of your password by adding numbers and symbols. Although not required, it is recommended that you change your password regularly.

If you’re currently logged out, navigate to the user icon to access “My Account” and select the “Forgot your password?” link. Enter your username or email to receive a password reset link via your registered email.

Most modern desktop and mobile browsers offer a password memory function. It’s advisable to use this feature if you tend to forget your password.

ORDERS

Yes. Typically, you should receive an immediate email notification of your order. However, please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive. You may also check your Spam folder in any case. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, kindly contact us via email at care@mackenzie-childs.ae or send us a WhatsApp message at +971503244013. Please include your name and the date the order was placed.

If the order has not been shipped, it may still be possible to modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately if you want to make any changes with your order before it gets shipped. However, if it has already been processed or shipped (especially for import items) by the time you contact us, the order can no longer be cancelled nor refunded.

Yes, if an item you’ve ordered is no longer available and we need to cancel it, our team will inform you. Please note that products are subject to real-time inventory updates, so product availability can change without prior notice. Stocks are limited for discontinued and on-sale items, and all sales of these items are final.

If an item is on backorder, this will be specified on the product’s page and you can preorder. You can either pay it in full or as soon as the item is back in stock, in which you will be notified. Expected delivery dates for backordered items are subject to change.

If a backordered item becomes unavailable and must be canceled, our support team will notify you. Any advanced payments will be refunded in full.

Currently, you can purchase up to 10 pieces of each product. If you wish to order more than 10 pieces of a particular item, it will be classified as a big order. In such cases, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us via email, phone, or WhatsApp for further assistance.

We have two product sources: (1) 🇦🇪 Ships from the UAE, and (2) 🇺🇸 Ships from the USA. This information will be mentioned on every product.

When placing an order, you can only select products from one source at a time. If you add a product from a different source to your cart, the cart will be emptied of its current items. This is to avoid shipping conflict. If you wish to order items from both sources, we suggest making two separate purchases.

If you cannot find any MacKenzie-Childs product from our catalog, it may have been unlisted due to either stock issues or the product being discontinued. Please contact us for further product inquiries.

In accordance with UAE law, a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the total cost of your order. The VAT is a consumption tax paid by the end consumer, hence it is reflected in your invoice. If you have further questions about VAT, we recommend consulting a tax professional or the UAE’s Federal Tax Authority for more information.

When you place an order, you’ll be billed for the total amount, which includes VAT and shipping costs.

Please note that any applicable customs duties and/or taxes required by your local government are not included in the order total. These charges may vary by country. It will be communicated to you by the courier and must be paid at the time of delivery. For more details on these fees, you can reach out to your local customs department.

We accept major debit/credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), powered by our 3D-secure payment gateway.

Cash on delivery is available for UAE deliveries only for items that ships from our Dubai showroom (🇦🇪 Ships from the UAE) with a purchases limit of  AED 1500. Beginning January 20, 2025, a fee of 4% of the total cart value will apply for cash on delivery payments. This is to cover the additional handling and logistics costs. If you do not want to pay for an additional fee, we recommend you pay securely with credit/debit card.

It is absolutely safe to make payments here at MacKenzie-Childs UAE. That’s why we have chosen Stripe as our payment gateway.

Stripe is a leading online payment processing platform and is renowned for its robust security measures. It uses advanced encryption technology to ensure that your credit/debit card information is transmitted securely over the web. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

However, while we take all necessary precautions to protect your data, we also recommend that you always ensure your own internet connection is secure, and be aware of phishing scams or suspicious emails asking for your personal or financial information. We will never ask for your credit card information over the phone and on our support channels.

So, rest assured, your online payments with us are secure and protected.

DELIVERY

Our delivery services are currently available in the UAE and GCC region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia).

The cost of delivery depends on the product classification, its dimensions, and the delivery location. Our deliveries are handled by our partner, Aramex. For more information, please visit our Delivery Information page.

While we strive to deliver products directly to you for your convenience, you are more than welcome to visit and shop at our Dubai showroom for a more interactive shopping experience.

However, please be aware that our showroom has a limited range of products. For items that are only available from the USA, you will need to place your order online.

For an order which 🇺🇸 Ships from the USA, the shipping charge is based on the package’s volumetric weight, and delivery location, and is automatically calculated at checkout. This may result in higher charges for larger or heavier items, or distant locations. For more information or if you have any questions about shipping fees and charges, please contact Aramex.

For the order which 🇦🇪 Ships from the UAE, delivery will take 1-3 working days within the UAE, and 3-7 days to the GCC region.

For the order which 🇺🇸 Ships from the USA, delivery to the UAE and GCC region will take 21-28 days.

Once your item is dispatched, we’ll send you a notification that includes a link for tracking your delivery. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery at your convenience.

Customs fees are imposed by your country’s customs department and are separate from the purchase price and shipping costs. These fees are determined based on the value of the items being imported. Our shipping provider, Aramex, will inform you if customs fees apply and will collect them at the time of delivery. For more details, please contact your local customs department or Aramex.

Coupons can only be used once and are not transferable.

Coupons cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
