RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your goods.

 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  1. Your item must be unused or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging, and it must be in the same condition that you received it.
  2. A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  3. Items sold as marked down and discontinued are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email us at care@mackenzie-childs.ae. If we accept your return request, we will email you the information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Items returned to us without first seeking a return request will be refused. You will be responsible for any applicable return shipping fees.

 

CREDITS AND REFUNDS

A restocking fee may be deducted from the total refund per the terms.  The refund process may take within 30 days (subject to banking procedure) and will be refunded to the same card/account used to purchase.

 

DAMAGED RETURNS

MacKenzie-Childs’ products are hand crafted by artisans in the USA and abroad. Pieces may vary due to the handmade nature of each product. A variation in paint colour or shape does not qualify as a defect, but instead is a characteristic of the pieces being uniquely crafted.

MacKenzie-Childs will not replace or return any items that are broken, chipped or damaged due to regular wear and tear. MacKenzie-Childs designs are delicate in nature and should be treated and cared for as outlined on our website and in our care instructions.

If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping, please save the damaged goods, carton, and packaging material. Contact our customer support to help you facilitate a return.

 

FURNITURE RETURNS

We are pleased to refund your purchase if the following conditions are met:

  1. Proof of purchase is provided and the return is made within 7 days of the receipt of order. Furniture returns cannot be made after 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  2. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. Furniture returns must be coordinated through customer service or in our Dubai showroom. Any returns not previously coordinated by a MacKenzie-Childs representative will be refused, at your expense.
  3. Returns of damaged furniture pieces should be made within five business days of the receipt of shipment. Returns after that time frame will not be honoured and a refund will not be given.

Any claim for missing furniture items must be made as soon as possible.

 

RECEIVING ORDERS

When receiving deliveries, you are responsible to check the shipment for any visible damage to the outside of the boxes. If any of the boxes are dented, scratched, punctured, crushed or cut, you must notify the courier immediately. And if you believe that the exterior damage is extensive, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Our return policy applies to international orders as well. Any shipping cost to and from the United Arab Emirates in order to facilitate the return will be your responsibility.
