DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery timeframe may vary depending on the product’s source and the delivery location. The estimated delivery information is displayed on every product.
Our delivery service is available across the UAE, with limited international shipping offered to major cities within the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
WHERE THE PRODUCTS ARE COMING FROM
We source our products from two locations, displayed on every product page:

Stock from Dubai – Products readily available in our Dubai showroom, and
- (2)
Stock from USA – Items shipped from the MacKenzie-Childs distribution center in New York.
Important Notice: Shipping rates will vary based on origin. You can shop from both Dubai and USA collections in a single order, and shipping fees will be calculated separately for each source. Orders will arrive in separate shipments, according to their respective delivery schedules, delivered directly to your doorstep.
UAE DELIVERY — STOCK FROM DUBAI
Delivery within the UAE is usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days, and it’s free for all orders of ê 1500 and above. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on weekdays, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: Some products from our Dubai showroom may have been unboxed and are not in their original import packaging. However, every item is 100% brand new and has been carefully inspected and securely repacked to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, safe and damage-free.
A standard shipping fee of ê 30 will be applicable for any orders below ê 1500.
Deliveries are fulfilled by our courier partner between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday-Saturday.
GCC DELIVERY — STOCK FROM DUBAI
A shipping quote will be provided once your address details are entered at checkout. Most orders are dispatched from our Dubai distribution center within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically completed within 3–5 business days.
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us before it is dispatched from our Dubai warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
DELIVERY TO UAE AND GCC — STOCK FROM USA
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package’s volumetric weight and the delivery location. The estimated delivery timeframe from the USA to your destination is typically 21–30 days from order confirmation.
Availability Notice: Our New York distribution center updates product availability in real time, which may change without prior notice. If an item in your order is on backorder, delivery may take longer. In such cases, our team will promptly notify you with the updated timeframe. If an item becomes unavailable, we will provide alternatives or arrange a refund before processing your order.
Possible Delays: Once dispatched, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or events beyond our control may affect delivery schedules. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately.
Order Changes & Cancellations: You may request changes to your order before it is dispatched from the USA, but please note this may affect the delivery timeframe. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
In accordance with the UAE law, we collect 5% VAT at checkout for all orders.
However, depending on your delivery country, additional local customs duties or VAT may still apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price. If applicable, the courier will inform you of the amount due and collect it upon delivery.

Imported Shipments to UAE: 5% VAT (already collected at checkout) + up to 5% customs duty (depending on product type/value).

GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain): 5% VAT collected at checkout, but your local customs may still apply their own VAT (5–15%) and/or duty fees at import.
For accurate information on duties and VAT specific to your order, please consult your local customs office or the assigned courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, the courier may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call to confirm the shipping address and share tracking details, so you can easily follow your delivery. For any additional questions, our customer support team is always ready to assist.
