If the order has not been shipped, it may still be possible to modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately if you want to make any changes with your order before it gets shipped. However, if it has already been processed or shipped (especially for import items) by the time you contact us, the order can no longer be cancelled nor refunded.

For Stock from USA, the shipping charge is based on the package’s dimensions, volumetric weight, and delivery location, and is automatically calculated at checkout. For Stock from Dubai, delivery will take 1-3 working days within the UAE, and 3-7 days to the GCC region.
